ShikshaMaster Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ShikshaMaster Platform, including www.shikshamaster.com, the ShikshaMaster Mobile Application, associated products, services, and content (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform or submitting any Personal Information, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1.Applicability & Consent

  • Applies to all users submitting Personal, Sensitive Personal, or Associated Information.
  • Third-party websites linked through the Platform may collect additional data; ShikshaMaster is not responsible for their practices.
  • We take reasonable precautions under Indian law to maintain confidentiality and data protection, but cannot guarantee full accuracy, integrity, or reliability of third-party content.
  • Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of these Terms at that time.

8.Ownership & Intellectual Property

ShikshaMaster is owned and operated by GIFT MY TRIP PVT LTD.

All content, branding, logos, course materials, designs, text, graphics, videos, software, and intellectual property available on the Platform are owned or licensed by ShikshaMaster. Commercial or public use, reproduction, modification, redistribution, or distribution of Platform content is prohibited without express written permission.

9.Consent & Rights of Minors

At registration, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and sharing of your Information as detailed herein. For minors, consent is deemed given by a parent or guardian. All processing complies with applicable Indian data protection laws.

10.User Content License

By posting content on the Platform, you grant ShikshaMaster a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, and distribute your submissions in any media.

11.Use of Personal Attributes for Marketing

You consent to the use of your name, photograph, videos, statements, or testimonials for promotional purposes across ShikshaMaster’s platforms and media channels. ShikshaMaster retains sole ownership of created marketing material with no obligation to compensate or notify further.

12.Exclusive Service Permissions

Use of telephony or camera services (e.g., for live sessions) implies consent for ShikshaMaster to access camera/microphone permissions, including recording of video calls when required.

13.Limitation of Liability

ShikshaMaster is not liable for content created independently by users or third parties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use. Violations of these Terms may result in injunctive relief, account suspension, or legal action.

14.Refund Policy

All purchases of online batches/services are non-refundable. Mistaken purchases may be transferred to another batch of equal value within 10 days. Physical products (e.g., books) can only be replaced if lost or damaged in transit; no refunds for incorrect addresses or refused delivery.

15.Updates to Policy

ShikshaMaster reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

16.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangaluru, Karnataka, India.
